If you would like to view a tour itinerary, please complete the form below to be forwarded to our office. If you would like to register for a tour, please contact us by phone or email. As we do not accept credit cards, we request that you send a deposit of $400 per person to our office. We will hold your place(s) for one week pending receipt of your deposit. Upon receipt of your check, we will mail you a confirmation with trip information. Please be aware of our cancellation policy below.
Revised Cancellation Policy - effective for all enrollments on international and domestic tours on or after October 6, 2009:
International Tours: If cancellation notice is received more than 60 days before departure, all monies will be refunded less a $200 per person cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received 30 to 60 days before departure, all monies will be refunded less a $400 per person cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before departure, all monies will be refunded less a $500 per person cancellation fee.
Domestic Tours: If cancellation notice is received more than 60 days before departure, all monies will be refunded less a $100 per person cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received 14 to 60 days before departure, all monies will be refunded less a $200 per person cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days before departure, all monies will be refunded less a $500 per person cancellation fee.
In case of a no-show, or departure from a trip already in progress, no refund for any unused portion of the trip will be issued. IBT cannot make exceptions to these cancellation policies for any reason, including personal emergencies and/or weather.
Note: In the unlikely event that IBT cancels a tour, IBT will refund payment; however, IBT is not responsible for expenses incurred by registrants, including non-refundable tickets. As such, IBT encourages all tour participants to purchase a travel protection plan. Information on travel insurance will be included in your enrollment confirmation. Please contact our office prior to purchasing your airline tickets so we can advise you of any changes.
